How do I book an appointment?

Click the Book Appointment button, choose the service you need, select an available date and time, and complete your booking. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

No special preparation is required. Please do not do your own manicure or pedicure beforehand. On the day of your appointment, avoid applying creams, oils, hand/foot masks or other moisturizing products to the area being treated.

What is a dry (e-file) pedicure?

A dry e-file pedicure is a modern pedicure technique performed without soaking, keratolytics or chemical callus removers. Specialized professional tools and abrasives are used to work precisely with the skin and nails, creating a clean, smooth and long-lasting result.

How long do gel extensions last?

Gel extensions are generally designed to be worn for approximately 3 weeks before maintenance/refill. Actual wear can vary depending on nail growth, lifestyle and aftercare.

Do you remove gel or extensions from another salon?

Yes. Product applied by another nail technician or salon can be removed, but an additional removal fee applies.

What if I break a nail and need a repair?

If you break a nail within 3 weeks of your appointment, please message me on Instagram and I'll try to find a suitable time for a repair. After 3 weeks, individual repairs are no longer offered and you'll need to book your next regular appointment/refill.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice applies a fee of 50% of the booked appointment value; less than 8 hours' notice, or a no-show, applies 100%. These fees compensate the studio for the reserved time — they are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.
